There's something going on that's beyond our sensory perception of what we can smell, taste, see, hear, touch and even feel. Cosmic paths play out in divine timing. We just have to trust the process of the unfolding. The more we struggle, the more we suffer. The more we flow, the more we relax and allow things to work for us rather than against us

Painted during one of the darkest and coldest times of year in London, this mandala is a celebration of our inner flame. Agni is the Hindu god of fire, acting as a messenger between the human and the spiritual realms and exists at three levels, on earth as fire, in the atmosphere as lightning, and in the sky as the sun.

Slow down
Listen to the wind
No need to measure pleasure with other people's tools
Climb a tree
Reach a height
That connects you to the sky
Move in a way that fills you with life

I painted this on a beach in Nicaragua...'guerro' means 'war' in Spanish. I was watching the fisherman go out into the ocean at sunset...life can be simple and peaceful...so much suffering is the result of conditioning...let us shed it and commit to peace.

Sometimes I forget to breathe
Thinking that life will escape me
That I'm being lazy
Cos there's so much to be done
And I have so much to give
But today I sit under the sun
Watch the ocean and let time run.
